The Taproom was envisioned as a place where everyone could find comfort. Serving the largest collection of Liquor in Shillong, we have something for everyone. We at Taproom try to blend comfort with lip-smacking cuisine and excellent service. The decor makes Taproom an ideal setting for catching your favourite sports stars live on TV, romantic evenings, or a night out with friends. "I have visited The Taproom Sports Bar & Lounge multiple times and can confidently say it is one of the best places to find good food in Shillong. The restaurant serves a wide range of cuisines and everything tastes great. Even though I don't drink, I am in love with their mocktails, especially the spicy girl. If you are a fan of pizzas, you must try the pizza bianca, which is a white sauce pizza and absolutely delicious. For non-vegetarians, the chicken malai tikka is a must-try and is truly to die for. The ambiance of the restaurant is also great with a lively sports bar atmosphere. The only issue I had was that I found this place towards the end of my stay in Shillong, otherwise I would have visited more. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone who is visiting Shillong. Even if you are not a fan of sports bars, the food here is definitely worth the visit. If I ever visit Shillong again, I will surely eat here. Overall, great food, great service, and great atmosphere - highly recommended!... "
